How are the images produced?

Once we receive the photograph(s) from you, we literally get down to business. We will first sketch the caricature by hand and add the ink later by hand or through digital means. The inked image is scanned and the work is completed using digital airbrushing technique. This is saved as a high resolution image and emailed to you.

In what format is the hand drawn digital artwork supplied?

Your order will be sent to you by default as a high resolution 300dpi JPEG or PNG image, drawn to scale. It is ideal for printing. 

How will I receive my order?

You can now ask your caricatures to be printed in any of the available high quality accessories or apparels and get it delivered to your doorstep. 

What type of photo(s) do I need to send?

When you are placing your order, you will see a sample image which will help you choose the right image for us. Once the order has been placed, our team will personally check the image to see if it matches our requirement. If the image does not meet our minimum requirement, we will send you a link through email where you can upload another image of yourself.

How long does it take to deliver the caricature?

If you only order for caricature (without print), you should ideally receive them in email within 10 business days. However, if any apparel / accessories are ordered, please allow 4 to 6 weeks to prepare the product and deliver it to your doorstep. 

Can I receive my caricature sooner?

Yes, it is possible for us to email the caricature (without print) to you within 48 hours of placing the order. We offer this express service at an extra cost of $20 per order. Please get in touch with us to know more about our express service.

Can you edit the standard template of the caricature for me?

We are happy to make small changes to our templates, such as changing the color of the clothes or hair etc. However, if you wish to receive the caricature with major changes to the template, get in touch with us and we will let you know if it can be done. Additional charges will apply for non-standard templates.

Can I add a personal message to my orders?

Yes, you can definitely add a personal message. It is a perfect idea to add a personal message when gifting the caricature to someone. Let us know your message while placing the order or through 'Contact Us' page and we will include it in your caricature.

What if I am not happy with my order?

We try our level best to ensure our work lives up to the expectations of our customers. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, we will personally look into the matter to ensure that we meet your expectation. Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, so do not hesitate to get in touch with us.

Can I get a refund if I am not satisfied with the work?

As we have already put effort into developing your caricature we cannot afford for a refund. Can I get a discount if I order in bulk?

We are more than happy to offer a discount on a single order for 3 or more caricatures (without print). Contact us before placing your order and we will give you our special coupon code that you can use when placing your order to avail the discount.
